• “CODING WISE” refers to the educational and placement assistance brand operated under SKYUP MARKETING.
• “Student”, “You”, or “Participant” refers to any person who enrolls in any program or service offered by CODING WISE.
• “Program” means any workshop, course, training module (live or recorded), or placement assistance service.
• “Placement Assistance” means facilitating interviews with companies—not a job guarantee.
• “LMS” refers to the Learning Management System used to deliver course content and track progress.

CODING WISE offers programs including but not limited to:

• Short-format workshops (₹219 to ₹449)
• Career-oriented high-ticket programs (₹5,000 to ₹62,000)
• Services include recorded and live classes, mock interviews, career mentoring, and placement support.

All services are delivered online, and no physical infrastructure or offline support is included unless explicitly stated in writing.

• You may enroll in any program without a mandatory age limit.
• If you are under 18, you must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• Consent is presumed when you complete payment and registration.
• We may request written parental consent and revoke access if missing or invalid.

• Minimum 75% attendance in live classes OR 75% completion of recorded content via LMS.
• Minimum 60% performance score in internal mock interviews and assessments.
• No exceptions unless justified by medical/legal proof and approved by academic heads.

• Program fees must be paid at registration via UPI or bank transfer. No cash payments.
• EMI Option: Available via third-party. EMI default:
  • Leads to immediate suspension of all services.
  • No refund eligibility.
• CODING WISE is not liable for disputes with EMI/payment providers.

• 100% assistance means:
  • Facilitating interviews with hiring companies.
  • Providing support via resume review, mock interviews, referrals.
• No job guarantee.
• Eligibility requires:
  • Meeting academic performance in Section 4.
  • No misconduct or course removal.

• No refund if:
  • You fail to meet eligibility or academic criteria.
  • You default EMI or voluntarily exit the course.
  • You fail in interviews.
• Full refund only if CODING WISE fails to deliver both training and placement assistance.
• Refer to our full Refund Policy for detailed process and timelines.

• Do not misuse, share, or reproduce course content.
• No recording of live sessions.
• No class disruptions, harassment, or misrepresentation.
• Violation may lead to immediate termination without refund and legal action under IT Act or IPC.

All content belongs to SKYUP MARKETING or its licensors. Unauthorized use is punishable under the Copyright Act, 1957.

• We are not liable for:
  • Lack of job offer despite assistance.
  • Delays from employers or technical issues.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid.

• Attempt amicable resolution through mediation first.
• If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
