However, we do not guarantee selection, salary packages, or job offers. Final decisions are made exclusively by hiring companies based on your performance in interviews and tests.

As per Section 2(1)(r) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we declare that there is no unfair trade practice or misleading promise of guaranteed employment.

Placement services are available only to students who fulfill the following internal criteria:

• Maintain at least 75% attendance in live sessions or equivalent completion of video modules.
• Score 60% or more in internal mock interviews and assessments conducted by CODING WISE.
• Complete required resume submissions and interview-readiness activities.

Failure to meet these standards will exclude you from placement facilitation, regardless of payment made.

Please read our Refund Policy carefully. No refunds will be provided if:

• You fail to clear interviews
• You drop out voluntarily
• You default on EMI
• You do not meet academic/eligibility criteria
• You simply change your mind

These clauses are in line with Sections 73 & 74 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (regarding contracts tied to performance and damages).
